Registration fees for APWeb 2015 are listed below. All pricing is given in US dollars. All dates are based on China Standard Time (CST) (i.e., GMT+8).

There are three types of registrations:

• Non-Author Registration
• Additional Purchases

1. Author Registration

Note:
• The authors register deadline is 16th August 2015.
• Each accepted conference or workshop paper must have at least one author registered by 16th August 2015 to ensure that your papers will be officially included in the proceedings.
• One of the authors of a paper must present the paper at the conference or workshops in order to avoid automatic withdrawal of the paper from the conference or workshops.
• The author registration allows you to participate both the conference and affiliated workshops, daily coffee breaks and lunch, reception, banquet, and it includes the conference or workshop proceedings on a USB drive.

2. Non-Author Registration

Note:
• Early bird registration deadline is 16th August 2015.
• The early bird and the regular registration allows you to participate both the conference and affiliated workshops, daily coffee breaks and lunch, reception, banquet, and the conference proceedings on a USB drive.
• The student registration allows you to participate both the conference and affiliated workshops, daily coffee breaks and lunch, and the reception only, i.e., it excludes the banquet.

Note:
• Author and early bird/regular registrations have already included a reception and a banquet ticket, as well as the proceedings.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Author registration cannot be cancelled, i.e., no refund will be provided for author registrations.
• For other types of registrations, if cancelled before 17th August 2015, $77. will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded. A registration cannot be cancelled after 17th of August 2015. However, a registration can be transferred to other non-registered individuals of the same level (i.e., a standard registration cannot be transferred to a student and converted to a student registration).

VISA INFORMATION

A valid passport and visa for visiting China are required for all participants, except those from Singapore , Brunei and Japan if they stay for less than 15 days. Today in many countries it is easy to get a tourist visa ( "L" Visa) to China from the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their living countries.
"L" Visa is issued to an alien who comes to China for sightseeing or visiting family members/friends.

Requirements
1. Your valid & actual passport which must have at least six (6) months of remaining validity with at least one blank visa page in it.
2. One completed Visa Application Form with one passport photo (black & white or color is acceptable) glued or stapled on it.
3. An applicant who was born in China is required to submit his /her Chinese passport or last foreign passport with a Chinese visa when he or she applies for a Chinese visa with a new foreign passport.

Visa Validity and Duration of Stay
Usually the validity of a Single Entry or Double Entry "L" visa is 90 days or 180 days from the date of issue. This means the holder of the visa shall enter China no later than 90 days or 180 days from the date of issue, otherwise the visa is expired and is null and void. The duration of stay of a "L" visa is 30 days , which means the holder of the visa may stay in China for up to 30 days from the date of entry.The visa officer may extend the Duration of Stay if the applicant needs and requests a stay in China for more than 30 days.
Obtaining the visa normally takes some time. Please get advices from your nearby Chinese Embassy or Consulate to make sure you have enough time for getting your visa application approved.
